“We have within us a miraculous power, and if we live our daily lives in mindfulness, if we take steps mindfully, with love and care, we can produce the miracle and transform our world into a miraculous place to live.” —Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Thiền Buddhist monk, peace activist, and founder of the Plum Village Tradition
Mindfulness. Presence. Omniscient Wisdom.
These are always right at our fingertips—right here, right now—if only we decide to claim our rightful inheritance as Divine Co-creators with God.
Many have. And many more are with each passing moment because we are in the time of the Great Awakening. Can you feel it?
We here at Humanity’s Team live and breathe this conscious awareness every day as we come together in collaboration to communicate and share the message of Love, Connection, and Oneness with the world.
We’ve accepted the invitation to live this way, to bridge any previous gaps between workday and home life, and to share with others, who are receptive to the message, the inevitable grace and ease that come with conscious awareness.
What does this feel like?
For me personally, it’s less stress and worry. I have the sense that I’m on the right track, and with the full embrace of my own dharma—my inner calling—comes the end of resistance.
There is no more pushing against, just moving toward.
There is an immense sense of appreciation for everyone and everything. I take nothing for granted.
I no longer feel captive to the material world. Instead, the world has become my friend and my guide. I’m in a reciprocal loving relationship with life.
I feel the certainty of being a Co-creator with the Divine, the Cosmos, Life, the Universe.
And in this certainty, I understand that Creation is moving through me and I can feel that I’m in the right place at the right time.
At Humanity’s Team we often call this a God job. Of course, all of Creation is a God job, but we use the phrase to express our appreciation for the way the Divine moves through us personally and collectively.
In the past, the conversation within the general spiritual community has been about how to raise consciousness and achieve awakening. Our very own mission statement talks about facilitating awakening in one generation.
But now, the real conversation is about the Awakening itself.
This is why I’m writing this message to you today. I want to encourage you to feel into the conscious awareness of Presence, of the Divine living and breathing through you.
It’s no coincidence that you’re here now reading this. It’s your own personal willingness and readiness that co-created this message with me!
No longer do you have to feel like you’re riding on a horse with a lopsided saddle, efforting just to stay on and being distracted from enjoying and appreciating the glorious ride.
No longer do you have to race against the clock, efforting to get it all done, missing the moments of ease and joy that are here in every mindful breath.
Thich Nhat Hanh says that, “‘I have arrived, I am home’ means: I don’t want to run anymore. I’ve been running all my life, and I’ve arrived nowhere. Now I want to stop. My destination is the here and now, the only time and place where true life is possible.”
Your invitation is at your doorstep. You have only to open and accept.
I invite you to join me and Humanity’s Team as we consciously breathe into the awareness of the Awakening that is upon us all.
It is by your own choice and willingness that you will be able to stop and realize that all the love and peace you’ve been striving for has been here all the time.
Together in Love and Oneness,
Steve
One of my teammates recently reminded me of this wonderful song performed by Louis Armstrong called What a Wonderful World. I hope you enjoy: https://youtu.be/A3yCcXgbKrE
