The World Faces Serious Challenges – We Have the Solutions
It feels like the world is crumbling all around us.
People feel isolated and regularly experience anxiety and depression. The divides between us politically, socially, and economically continue to widen. Add to this devastating climate change, dangerous weather patterns, escalating wars, and social and political unrest…
The future looks bleak.
And while things seem to be getting worse on many fronts, the reality is that there is a solution to all of the world’s problems that isn’t yet being talked about in the media, by government and corporate think-tanks, or even much in the public or on social media.
That solution is conscious living. It’s something every person on the planet can do with ease and contribute to making the world a paradise for all of us.
Many are already living this way now, and we only need to get to about 10% of the population doing so before we create a tipping point that affects dramatic positive global change.
The idea of conscious living, or Oneness, is already naturally embedded in our lives. Ancient religions, philosophies, and societies speak of all things being One. Many modern-day belief systems and schools of thought say the same thing.
Modern science is now confirming these ideas, showing that we are a single organism living in a non-dual universe, and are wise to live in ways that nurture the whole of life on our planet.
The time to make the conscious shift to seeing our Oneness and living in positive relationship with each other is now.
What Is Conscious Living?
Conscious living is exactly what it sounds like, living consciously.
That means being conscious, awake, and aware of our internal and external existence. It also means having an awareness of the very nature of reality and our role in it.
When we live consciously, we choose love over fear. We strive to be kind instead of right. And we think in relation to everything around us because we recognize that our internal and external actions are part of a greater whole.
Every person will have a different way of expressing their consciousness but the goal behind all of them is the same; to live consciously and interconnected with all things.

The Inspiration for the Changing Humanity’s Future Initiative
This initiative and Humanity’s Team itself were co-founded and inspired by Neale Donald Walsch and his Conversations with God books.
Neale Donald Walsch is one of those modern-day spiritual messengers mentioned above and author of the New York Times bestselling book series. Many of his books have been translated into 34 different languages, profoundly touching and influencing millions of people and enabling them to live more fulfilled, connected, and conscious lives.
The Conversations with God Foundation has been supporting Neale’s work throughout the world since 1996.
Neale’s messages (along with those of many others) have been slowly changing the landscape to this awareness since the mid-1990s when the first of the books was published. There is now growing recognition in the world that all of life is deeply connected and that the nature of life is benevolent, not malevolent as has historically been taught.
From the very first Conversations with God book, it affirms three very important messages:
- That God’s basic nature is pure love and that God is not vengeful, judging or condemning.
- That We Are All One with God, each other, and all of Life. This means we share a Oneness with God and thus share the same nature.
- That we are invited to go within or go without; we are invited to not ignore our interior life.
This is obviously not new wisdom, yet 27 years after the arrival of the first
Conversations with God book, this wisdom resonates deeply with many all over the world. However, it has yet to be embraced as a central organizing principle by the majority of humanity.
In the Conversations with God books, God makes it clear that we can create the changes we seek within a single generation.
Of course, this will require that we focus on ourselves first and then on the larger changes in the world that will follow, but due to the current state of society, there is no time to waste.
We believe now is the ideal time to extend an invitation to the world at large for us to pivot individually and collectively to a new way of living on the Earth.
This is the purpose behind the Changing Humanity’s Future Initiative and all the work we do here at Humanity’s Team.

First and foremost, we believe that education is central to social change. In Tomorrow’s God, God says, “In the months and years just ahead, people will be joining together in a grassroots movement, not of proselytizing, but of education; not of changing people’s minds, but of expanding them.”
The book continues: “If large numbers of people get together, create a team, and choose to experience conscious evolution, humanity can reach critical mass within a very short period. Decades, not centuries. Perhaps not even decades but years.”
