Volunteer & Make a Difference

• Draft communications to potential Affiliates describing the upcoming opportunity.
• Coordinate the process of sending written communication to Affiliates, maintaining a log of Affiliates who agree to participate and details relating to what they will do and when, responding to Affiliate inquiries, and monitoring the process to ensure Affiliates follow-through on commitments.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Affiliate Coordinator and others at Humanity's Team conveying status information on the Affiliate Program.
• Working with the Affiliate Coordinator to manage other activities as requested.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communications skills.
• Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Able to work independently as required in a virtual setting.
• Knowledge and competency with Microsoft Office and/or Google office tools.

Desirable Skills but not Required:

• Knowledge of using Infusionsoft to send email communications.
• Insights and application knowledge of using Social Media platforms in marketing.

Position Category/Time Requirements:

• This is a volunteer position.
• The position is likely to require approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. During the initial phases of the Affiliate phase of the program, it is important that the Affiliate Associate be available to respond to inquiries from the team and Affiliates on a rapid turn basis.

• Experienced with Affiliate Infusionsoft work
• Creating the Infusionsoft email templates 
• Scheduling & Sending email through Infusionsoft to registrants for each program:
• Testing all copy
• Affiliate copy series send through Infusionsoft & individual Gmail - correspond answer any questions
• Registrant updates Create funnel or schedule and send
• Updating registrant series
• Has run Affiliate Programs before
• Daily updating team on Registrants and Send dates
• Staying in tight communications with Marketing Director about the copy 
• Review send dates making sure that we have proper coverage
• Organizing implementation & delivery Social Media Copy & Images
• Facebook & Twitter 
• Graphics team list all images needed
• Work with IT Team to create the affiliate links for Email & Social Media
• Copywriting ability would be a plus!
• Affiliate work on Oneness & CBI Programs
• Measuring & reporting on the performance of affiliates during launch & responding to affiliates
• Writing to affiliates during launch with reminders & after each of the email sends thanking them for promoting

• Assist our Communications Director with writing marketing copy for eBlasts. 
• Help us spice up our communications to make them engaging and compelling
• This position is for someone who is interested in creative writing and draft from scratch

• Work closely with our Development Director and Core Team to formulate strategies, internal trainings, and implementation of fundraising intiatives. **Knowledge of fundraising through Indiegogo a plus!!**

• As a Country Coordinator, you will gather together a core team to work with you to promote the major initiatives of Humanity's Team (such as Global Oneness Day)
• Create and organize events related to awakening the world to Oneness
• Events and activities will be unique to each culture as well as to the interests of your core team. 
• You will be a liaison between your country and Worldwide Humanity's Team. 
• Country Coordinator positions are completely volunteer, so all fundraising must be done within your own country. Requires at least 5-10 hours per week. (Please check the link below to see if your country already has a Coordinator.)
