Humanity’s Team and the Emerging Global Role of “Groups of Groups” and “Networks of Networks”

Hello Humanity’s Team community worldwide!  It was a privilege to, once again, be part of creating the Global Oneness Summit—this time during our challenging year of 2021. 

I emphasize this because we are entering another challenging, and yet promising year—2022.  Especially now, after the international climate conference (COP 26, “COP” meaning Council of Partners), Oct. 31- Nov. 12, 2021 it became clear, as already predicted, that the world’s nations and business &  banking communities were either helpless, or hopeless, in taking actions “for the good of the whole” in the face of so many global challenges.

Again, real action was postponed, surrounded by rampant promising and blaming across the international community and its leaderships.  This led some academics and experts to actually say our planet has missed its last chance for real change in the face of impending climate threat or even climate catastrophe.   In the United States’ press, some even said that Sen. Joe Manchin (from the coal state of West Virginia)’s refusal to support $555 billion in climate change legislation from the world’s largest historical polluter (and today ranking No. 2)-- the USA—may have personally doomed the chances for the US to do anything in the face of these pivotal threats. 

The gist of all this is that we are entering now an era where the responsibility for real global change will rely more and more on civil society (the common citizen—you and me!).  In this circumstance the emerging role of  “Groups of Groups” and “Network of Networks” is critical.   As the “guidepost” of the Evolutionary Leaders Synergy Circles states:  “Serendipities lead to synchronicities.  Synchronicities lead to synergies.  Synergies lead to opportunities.  Develop the opportunities skillfully to move toward manifestation." 

Accordingly, five of the 2021 Global Oneness Summit’s panels were assembled from the “Synergy Circles” of the Evolutionary Leader Circle (https://www.evolutionaryleaders.net/synergycircles).  Among these, Humanity’s Teams Worldwide Executive Director, Steve Farrell, is a co-founder of the Circles and a major figure in the work of the Synergy Circle for Conscious Business (https://issuu.com/lightonlight/docs/conscious_business_winter_2020), among others.
