Dean Orfas is an electric person very excited about good food. He owns a restaurant called Roots just outside NYC.

If it comes in a package of any kind, it means it has been prepared in some fashion and it’s likely that Man has messed with what is inside.
Dean, a National Strength And Conditioning Application (NSCA) Certified Trainer, believes and lives by his words about quality nutrition. He says it is not time-consuming to eat healthily. He admits that in his restaurant, the menu items are labor intensive because they make each meal, each item look beautiful.
At home, he says that it only takes five minutes to prepare a healthy meal.
