“We’ve introduced a mental process into a purely experiential way of being,” says contemporary thought leader and bestselling author Panache Desai.
How many times a day do your thoughts drift to what’s ahead, to what you’re going to do or say, to how you wish you could have undone something that came before?
We humans have such a habit of evaluating and analyzing!
There’s nothing inherently wrong with those activities, but it’s good to know that these kinds of analytical and judgmental thoughts are distractions from the wholeness, beauty, and Oneness of life and that they remove us from the fullness of what’s happening in the moment.
In this podcast, Living in the “I Don’t Know,” Panache and Steve Farrell examine the human experience from two basic vantage points — how we embrace being human and how we run from it.
Important to point out, Panache tells us, is that “there’s no one level of experiencing that’s any greater than another.”
When we hang out in Presence, we have surrendered ourselves to a certain kind of not knowing. We don’t know what the next moment will bring. We don’t know what we’ll do when the next moment arrives.
But we don’t need to know those details of our lives. Instead, we can bring our awareness to the true Knowing of the Present Moment.
Tune in to Ep. 31: Living in the ‘I Don’t Know’ to hear more from Panache and Steve on…
The hidden dimension of our humanity
