“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more; you are a leader.”
—John Quincy Adams, America’s sixth president and author of the Monroe Doctrine.
America was founded on the willingness of everyday people to stand up for what they believe and inspire others to do the same. It is the single, most breathtaking aspect of humanity that, in times of great turmoil and strife, simple individuals step up and become something awesome to behold—they become expressions of the Divine.
It is in this convergence of spiritual people becoming active and active people becoming spiritual that the hope of humanity now rests.
If you want to See the Change, Be the Change.
In this time of great Awakening, more and more of us are opening our eyes to the knowledge that every reality that has sustained us through the past several decades is in need of a complete overhaul, and true leadership seems to be in short demand.
If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that when catastrophe hits, we all step up in ways we never thought we were capable of.
We remember our Oneness and work together to keep one another safe, supported, and comforted.
Wouldn’t it be great to feel that way all the time? Well, I believe we can…
I believe that this is how today’s leaders will rise. Not from years of climbing the corporate ladder. Not from decades of competing in political arenas. But from working in the trenches, inspiring others, and coming up with new and better ways to work together towards a common goal.
Where does this certainty come from?
It comes in great part from my own experience transitioning from the corporate world to co-founding Humanity’s Team, where I found a better way of living…and leading.
I learned that as awakened humans we are, by nature, creators. We are, after all, expressions of the Divine; it’s what we were meant to do.
We wouldn't thrive traveling the world endlessly, relaxing on cruise ships, or being endlessly entertained. Instead, we get our juice from innovating, improving, and interacting with others who, like us, also like to create.
Here’s what I’ve learned about creativity and leadership…
I believe today’s leadership is about getting out of your comfort zone and living authentically and on purpose. No more punching a clock doing work you don’t believe in or living at the beck and call of others.
Instead it is the joy of knowing you are working in co-creation with the Divine, with the sole purpose of manifesting a more life-sustaining, life-affirming reality filled with peace, love, and a greater sense of community.
There’s no denying it. We are in the midst of a major shift in consciousness, both collectively and individually, and conscious leaders are awakening everywhere, at this very moment.
Isn’t it time to take charge and become the leader you were born to be? No more being afraid. No more holding back. Your time is now!
The current awakening and shift that is occurring is bringing humanity to another level of being. Let’s re-imagine our role in this and place all of our energy at its disposal.
In service to your emerging leadership,
Steve
