With the US election, the worldwide surge of COVID, and the arrival of the darkest months of the year, many of my friends and acquaintances have been understandably distressed.
The best response I can give is kindness, compassion, and love… yet I am aware that kindness and love alone can’t always propel us forward toward greater peace or greater awareness, either in the world or in ourselves.
The Buddhist teacher Sylvia Boorstein compares the path of awakening to a bird that needs two wings to fly. One wing is made of compassion, love and kindness, and the other of wisdom and insight.
It’s only together that they create a force for good and affect real change, inside and out.
We wanted our Global Oneness Day Summit this year to focus on the power of love, because nothing else on the planet can bring us closer together and inspire us more. (And we certainly needed that “transmission”!)
Now that the summit is over, and humanity is facing seemingly intransigent problems, we want to follow up on it by sharing the balancing insights and wisdom of one of the most brilliant futurists and visionary authors I’ve known...
Barbara Marx Hubbard dedicated her life to discovering and harnessing the forces of co-creation and conscious evolution, and she combined a loving and joyous nature with discernment and deep understanding of how the Universe wants to express itself through each of us individually.
With that in mind, I’d like to tell you about our upcoming free 2-part series with Barbara - Becoming Homo Universalis: The Keys to Evolving to the Next Stage of Human Development
In the first free program with Barbara, “Evolutionary Self-Actualization,” you’ll learn several of Barbara’s core insights about what links every self-actualizing person on the planet...
And in the second program, “Birthing the New Human,” you’ll hear how Barbara struggled to express herself fully, as well as how she overcame her personal evolutionary blocks, and how you can overcome yours, regardless of how much you may feel stuck or “down” in this moment.
You can sign up for ‘Becoming Homo Universalis’ right here and prepare to get more momentum for living a self-actualized, balanced and meaningful life.
In Oneness,
Steve
