“A bowl of soup that’s cooked with love, with a piece of bread, nourishes the soul and the body,” says Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee,Sufi mystic, lecturer, and author of several books about Sufism, mysticism, dreamwork, and spirituality.

In this beautiful interview with Steve Farrell, Llewellyn speaks about reconnecting with the Earth as a living, sacred being.

We begin with the principle of Oneness — whether from the perspective of Heaven or Earth — and then ask ourselves how we can bring life’s Oneness into and through our daily lives.
