Marla Riegel, founded The Inspired Business Center, after she realized that the key to organization-wide growth lay in empowering individuals to realize their own potential. By recognizing the distinctive gifts of each team member and encouraging them to discover their unique purpose, the whole organization thrives.

Marla’s business background spans 30 years across many industries. She has been honored to coach and develop businesspeople of diverse professions and cultures. Her client list ranges from forward-thinking Fortune 500 companies to courageous entrepreneurs with big dreams.

In addition to her extensive international background, Marla is an ordained Minister and Corporate Chaplain. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Holmes Institute and bachelor’s degree in journalism from CU. She is a Certified Coach and Consultant for Vail Leadership Institute and Co-Founder of the Masterful Intentions Program.

Marla spends her spare time with husband Jim, a Mechanical Engineering Consultant, and her adorable rescue dogs, Simon and Joy. She’s an avid bookworm and always looking for the next deep dive on her spiritual journey.
