HOSTED BY

Ross Hostetter

Ross Hostetter is a lawyer, entrepreneur, father, author, gardener, trout fisherman, and eagle scout.  Ross and his partner Mary were co-founders of the Integral Center in Boulder, and also were co-founders of an intentional spiritual community in Texas.  They have been soul friends on the path of awakening for nearly 40 years. Ross has committed much of his professional life to peacemaking, having conducted over 4,000 mediations, and now serves as counsel for global nonprofits who work to regenerate the earth and raise human consciousness.

Ross was initiated by a near death experience as the warmup act to a profound opening into the Unitive Field that occurred while on an extended solo canoe journey into the Canadian Wilderness in his early 20’s.  This and other experiences were chronicled in Ross’s award-winning work of fiction, Keepers of the Field, An Invitation to the Unitive Life published in 2014.

Ross has been called a Shambala Warrior by some who know him well. He finds joy and a path of service in the role of Anam Cara, the friend. Ross and Mary have three grown children, and live in Boulder, Colorado.

PANELISTS

Marie Case

Marie Case is the Founder and Managing Partner of Case Leadership, bringing over 30 years of experience in guiding senior leaders worldwide through the design and implementation of large-scale, complex change initiatives. Marie is an accomplished C-Suite consultant and executive coach, known for her ability to support leaders on both personal and organizational transformative journeys, aligning their hearts and minds with their organizations' deeper purposes.

Her work centers on organizational culture and leadership development, where she excels in embedding new leadership mindsets and requisite skills, ensuring that change processes are widely distributed, "owned" by all stakeholders, and ultimately sustainable. Marie is passionate about working with purpose-driven leaders who view profit as a means to a greater end, helping them lead and sustain change that transforms their business while creating win-win scenarios for all stakeholders.

Marie has played a pivotal role in the development of language-in-action practices that accelerate high performance and deliver business breakthroughs. Her experience includes leadership roles at prominent management consulting firms such as The DiBianca-Berkman Group and CSC Index, where she led the Management Transformation Practice for Europe. She has worked with senior teams at major global corporations, including Allstate, Novartis, Reebok, Renewable Energy Group, and Whole Foods.

Marie has also collaborated with the Secretary General’s office of the United Nations, bringing together key business leaders to explore how business can contribute to strategic global goals. As a passionate participant in the Conscious Capitalism Movement for the past eight years, she currently serves as Chair of the Board of the World Business Academy and leads the Funding Committee of the Divine Mother Center.

Ashford Chancelor

Until recently, Ashford Chancelor has led two separate lives. One branch involves his business career in which he has been a Chief Financial Officer for over 30+ years, spanning the spectrum of finance by working in one of the world’s largest accounting and advisory firms followed by long stints in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. This involved intense immersion in the technical field of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, performance metrics, capital raises and assisting companies in preparing themselves to be sold. A world submersed in the hard edges of oversight by CEO’s Boards of Directors, investors, lenders, auditors and so many other stakeholders.

The other branch began over 30 years ago and was initiated by a traumatic event. In response, he began his spiritual path by studying the basic precepts of the Christian faith and quickly expanded out from there to include a journey that has, over time, become an exploration in the deepest levels of human consciousness. Ashford understands we are collectively undergoing the greatest shift in human history and is dedicated to assisting humanity to achieve its highest and most profound destiny.

For so many years, these two worlds, corporate finance and expanded spirituality, were

mutually exclusive but, as the consciousness of our civilization continues to increase at a rapid pace, the merger of these energetic passageways is inevitable in the new world that is emerging.

Suze Byers

Suz Byers is an accomplished accounting and systems specialist with a passion for empowering mission-driven organizations to maximize their impact. With extensive experience as a Consultant CFO and Controller, Suz has guided numerous clients through financial transformations, optimizing processes, enhancing communication, and ensuring robust company cohesion.

She currently works as the Financial Controller and HR Manager for Kimbal Musk’s family office, where she manages the family finances and supports initiatives driving meaningful social impact. Most importantly for her, she is also working to bring financial literacy to the staff itself. Despite the shortcomings inherent to capitalism, she believes that mindful financial mastery offers a path through which individuals, companies, and nonprofits can most fully realize their potential and most effectively create change.

Among former clients, she worked with Drylands Agroecology Research, a Boulder-based non-profit, where she constructed financial structures, streamlined data flows, and built effective HR systems — all while fostering collaboration between founders, leadership, and staff to support their mission.

Suz serves in her highest purpose when she is mentoring how to heal the relationship between financial expression and self valuation. Understanding money is a perspective shift, and she believes it is vital in guiding us towards a healthier version of capitalism. Put simply, you can’t change what you don’t understand.

A dedicated student of internal Tai Chi under Sifu Bing Lee, Suz’s spiritual path interweaves somatic awareness and Taoist teachings, meditation, and, most recently, Vajrayana under Lama Tsultrim Allione.
