Ross Hostetter is a lawyer, entrepreneur, father, author, gardener, trout fisherman, and eagle scout. Ross and his partner Mary were co-founders of the Integral Center in Boulder, and also were co-founders of an intentional spiritual community in Texas. They have been soul friends on the path of awakening for nearly 40 years. Ross has committed much of his professional life to peacemaking, having conducted over 4,000 mediations, and now serves as counsel for global nonprofits who work to regenerate the earth and raise human consciousness.
Ross was initiated by a near death experience as the warmup act to a profound opening into the Unitive Field that occurred while on an extended solo canoe journey into the Canadian Wilderness in his early 20’s. This and other experiences were chronicled in Ross’s award-winning work of fiction, Keepers of the Field, An Invitation to the Unitive Life published in 2014.
Ross has been called a Shambala Warrior by some who know him well. He finds joy and a path of service in the role of Anam Cara, the friend. Ross and Mary have three grown children, and live in Boulder, Colorado.
