Steve Farrell

Steve Farrell is the co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity’s Team, a global nonprofit headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to advancing the understanding that all life is deeply interconnected. The organization empowers people globally to realize their deeper selves and embrace unity. Before his pivotal role at Humanity’s Team, Steve was at the helm of two rapidly growing technology firms in Silicon Valley during the 1990s, both of which were celebrated in the INC 500 list.


His active engagements included prominent roles in the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Moved by Neale Donald Walsch’s vision of infusing conscious leadership into business practices, Steve shifted from a flourishing corporate career to co-founding Humanity’s Team in 2003. Under his guidance, the organization has grown to include nearly 700,000 supporters across 150 countries, all committed to the mission of making conscious living pervasive by 2040. 


Steve is the author of A New Universal Dream: My Journey from Silicon Valley to a Life in Service to Humanity, and a contributor to the Gold Nautilus Award-winning book, Our Moment of Choice: Evolutionary Visions and Hope for the Future. He is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle.

Abbie Johnson 

Abbie Johnson serves as the Executive Assistant at Humanity's Team. With a rich background in global nonprofits, she has contributed to impactful projects at organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and PATH (formerly Program for Appropriate Technology in Health), collaborating with entities such as the National Institutes for Health, USAID and The Rockefeller Foundation. Her diverse experience also includes supporting Starbucks’ operations across China & Asia Pacific and advocating for healthcare and safety net funding in Washington. Abbie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University

Ambassador Anwarul K. Chowdhury

Ambassador Anwarul K. Chowdhury is a Bangladeshi diplomat most noted for his work on global peace, championing the rights of women and children and development in the poorest nations and acclaimed as the Founder of the New York-based civil society organizations coalition called the Global Movement for The Culture of Peace (GMCoP).  


His legacy and leadership in the service of global community are boldly imprinted in his pioneering initiatives in March 2000 as the President of the Security Council for the political and conceptual breakthrough leading to the groundbreaking UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on women and peace and security; and in September 1999 for adoption of the landmark programme on the Culture of Peace by the UN General Assembly.


Prior to his appointment, in March 2002 by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan as Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the most vulnerable countries of the world, Chowdhury completed his assignment (1996–2001) as Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to the United Nations in New York City, serving concurrently also as Bangladesh's Ambassador to Chile, Nicaragua, Peru and Venezuela, as well as Bangladesh's High Commissioner to the Bahamas and Guyana.


Chowdhury served as President of the UN Security Council, President of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Executive Board, Vice-President of the Economic and Social Council of the UN in 1997 and 1998, Chairman of the Fifth (Administrative and Budgetary) Committee of the UN General Assembly in 1997–1998 and the Senior Special Adviser to the General Assembly's 66th President in 2011-2012.

Olivia Hansen

Olivia Hansen is the Founder and President of the Synthesis Foundation and the Spiritual Life TV Channel. Through her foundation, Olivia advances initiatives for expanding consciousness and humanitarian aid. Her Spiritual Life TV Channel offers engaging videos featuring practical wisdom from various spiritual traditions. Each year the Spiritual Life TV Channel presents the “Oneness of Humanity Award” to a person or organization that is an outstanding role model of oneness, kindness and working for the good of all. 


Olivia is also a sponsor and curator of conferences and gatherings and collaborates with many progressive leaders and groups to help advance the growth of consciousness for a more beneficial world for everyone. She is on the Board of Advisors of Humanity’s Team, the Source of Synergy Foundation and the Garden of Light, and is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle.

Diane Williams

Diane Marie Williams is the Founder and President of The Source of Synergy Foundation, a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for synergistic engagement among individuals, organizations, networks and communities so that together they can have a greater transformative effect on the whole. 


Ms. Williams was the co-initiator with Deepak Chopra of one of its main projects, the Evolutionary Leaders Circle that aims to inspire, support and serve conscious evolution. In 2004 she initiated the formation of the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values and Global Concerns (CSVGC) at the United Nations in New York where she served as the first Chairperson. She also served as Co-Chair and Co-Founder of this committee at the United Nations in Geneva where it originated in 2002. 


She is currently a United Nations Representative for the Academy for Future Science. She is a Board Member of the Garden of Light, on the Board of Advisors of Humanity’s Team and an Advisory Board member of the Interstellar Community Foundation. She helps to facilitate the Evolutionary Leaders Contact and Conscious Evolution Synergy Circle and its Inner Focus Group.


She is one of the contributing authors of the Gold Nautilus Award book: Our Moment of Choice: Evolutionary Visions and Hope for the Future. She was the recipient of the Spirit of the United Nations Award, the Golden Rule Award, PEMAC Peace Award and has been acknowledged by the Emily Fund for a Better World as one of the Heroes for a Better World.

Danilo Parmegiani

Mr. Danilo Parmegiani is the Administrator of the Legion of Good Will in the USA and a UN/NGO representative. He is currently the Chairperson of the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values and Global Concerns in New York. The Legion of Good Will is Brazilian-originated international nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational, humanitarian and social assistance programs for economically disadvantaged communities across 7 countries.


Danilo has been instrumental in combating poverty and offering better opportunities through education, nutrition, health services, and emergency relief campaigns in the USA for the past 20 years.
