Debra Poneman

Debra Poneman, founder of Yes to Success, Inc. and Ageless Seminars is a bestselling author and internationally renowned success and anti-aging expert.  Since 1981, she’s empowered hundreds of thousands of people to live their dreams by providing a system for creating true inner and outer success and the radiant health to support it. Debra has shared her formula for success as an in-house trainer starting in the 1980’s with companies like Mattel Toys, McDonnell Douglas, the Shaklee corporation, and the Xerox Management Group—at a time when it was practically unheard of for women to be corporate trainers.


She’s appeared in print throughout the world and on TV networks including ABC, NBC, FOX, and CNN and on shows from coast to coast including Good Morning New England, Chicago Today, and Mid-Morning LA. As a professional emcee, she’s hosted events with presenters such as Sir Richard Branson, Pierce Brosnan, Van Jones, Elon Musk, Ed Begley Jr, and even the host of the House Party, Art Linkletter.  Most recently, in October of last year, she emceed the World Culture Festival on the National Mall in DC with over 1 million people in attendance.  


Debra is the author of numerous books including the bestselling Chicken Soup for the American Idol Soul and What?! No Meat?! What to do When Your Kids Become Vegetarians and the proud mother of two fabulous adult biological children and many others who call her mom.

Eli Hans

Eli Hans is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, transformational theater coach, motivational workshop leader, award-winning stage actor & playwright, theater producer, director, composer and singer. Eli is the creator and performer of Out of The Blue, a mostly one-man show about hope and resilience, inspiring international audiences through his tour-de-force performance, playing 25 characters, taking us on a beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing, learning to access the power of our intuitive guidance to overcome difficult challenges.  


Eli’s rave-reviewed, inspiring theatrical performance received multiple nominations by Broadway World, LA, won the prestigious Producer’s Encore Award at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, and he was runner-up for best solo performance in Los Angeles, 2022.


Eli worked as director of a renowned bilingual theatre education program at The Old Globe Theatre, and as Artistic Director at the Institute of Arts Education, both in San Diego, CA. He has also worked as Assistant Director in various productions at La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe and the Fritz Theatre. He has enjoyed a successful 20-year career as a voice-over actor.


Dedicated to creating positive change in the world, Eli supports his clients through the process of birthing meaningful creative theatrical works, sharing their compelling life stories from the stage, and experiencing life-changing breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives as a result.

Joseph Bennett

Joseph Bennett  has been creating since he was a boy and is uber passionate about the power of creative expression. Currently, Joseph works as a Happiness Coach, assemblage (found object) artist, improv actor, retreat leader, and all around nice guy who's dedicated to finishing his 7th book—a historical-fiction exploring an interracial and LGBTQ+ love story.


Joseph is honored to be on the panel today and is hoping to share something that will inspire and uplift!
