PANELISTS

Jennifer Paweensuda Drouin

Jennifer Paweensuda Drouin (Fahsai) is a Thai-Canadian public figure, bilingual emcee, actress, voice over artist & announcer, radio & TV host, guest lecturer & keynote speaker, personality development & pageant coach, model, and beauty pageant titleholder. After graduating with Distinctions from the University of Calgary with a degree in Kinesiology, Fahsai worked her way up from being the 'runner-up girl' to be crowned Miss Universe Thailand in 2019 (her sixth pageant involvement), ultimately placing as a top 5 finalist in the Miss Universe 2019 competition.

Fahsai’s story and fighting spirit has empowered many lives, especially young women, to believe in themselves and never give up when pursuing their dreams. She is passionate not only to help others, especially those who are underprivileged, to have a better quality of life but also to promote inclusivity and equal opportunity among all members of society. Prior to moving back to Thailand in 2016, Fahsai started a charity project called "ABLE" which originally focused on adapted physical activities for children with disabilities. Currently, ABLE has expanded its reach to help a variety of underprivileged groups by providing access to education (such as financial aid, donating school supplies, or teaching English), funding corrective surgery for children with cleft lips and palates, donating sport equipments to suburban schools, giving food to non-profit organizations, promoting products made by those with a disability or underprivileged individuals to help increase income in a sustainable way, and carrying out various activities with children or youth to promote inclusivity, confidence and health benefits in an encouraging as well as understanding environment.

Fahsai also founded BetterFly Academy in 2020 and Co-Founded CI Talks in 2021 with the intention to help individuals get to know their identity, build their self-confidence and help create a positive mindset so people can live life to their fullest potential. When Fahsai isn’t busy with work in the entertainment industry or coaching at BetterFly Academy, you will find her songwriting, interpreting, traveling, visiting ancient cities, volunteering, playing sports, watching movies, listening to music, writing stories, or enjoying outdoor activities like snorkeling, parasailing, kneeboarding or the frequent flyer tube.
