Jon Ramer

Jon Ramer seamlessly blends technology, humanitarian efforts, and philosophy. Drawing from his academic expertise in Philosophy of Language, he co-founded ELF Technologies in the 90s, which evolved into Serengeti Law, a game-changer for over 7,000 global law firms. Beyond technological milestones, Jon's commitment to global compassion led him to establish the International Campaign for Compassionate Cities and, subsequently, the Charter for Compassion. In 2012, his passion gave birth to the Compassion Games, involving millions in compassionate actions. By 2018, he founded the SINE Network and co-initiated ONE World, cementing his vision for a united, empathetic global community. [email protected]

Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker

Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker is a renowned Evolutionary Anthropologist recognized for her groundbreaking work on wild baboon social structures and their significance for understanding human evolution. Her pivotal book, Teeming: How Nature’s Oldest Teams Adapt and Thrive, is a cornerstone in Organizational Biomimicry. Beyond her academic achievements, Tamsin has also made waves in film, co-starring in "The Endangered Generation," a documentary highlighting the challenges faced by island communities due to climate change.


Holding leadership roles, Tamsin serves as the Dean of Geoversity 501c3’s School for Biocultural Leadership in Panama and spearheads the Borrego Institute for Living Design in San Diego County. Additionally, she founded TEEMLab, LLC, focusing on transformational organizational education, and works with The Four Cups and Seeding Change on innovative biocultural land-reciprocity models. Sommer Joy Ramer, wearing the unique title of Global Chief Joy Officer (CJOY) for Compassion Games International and SINE (Synergized Impact Network Exchange), embodies a dedication to fostering joy and compassionate action worldwide. As the founder of the Garden Of Joy, she offers an empowerment system focusing on joy, quantum sovereignty, and soul-guided purpose. Sommer is an esteemed member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and a gifted dancer, harnessing the transformative power of somatic dance to uplift individuals and communities globally. Her vision orbits around building radically equal partnerships and fostering connections aimed at a kinder, sustainable future.
