Are you ready for Global Oneness Day and the Global Oneness Summit? The fun kicks off on Saturday, October 21. During this 4-day free event, you’ll have access to panels with more than 45 visionaries, scientists, and transformational leaders. It is truly a global gathering and celebration, including performances, music, and immersive experiences. You can register for free here.
This is the 14th annual Global Oneness Day celebration and summit. It all started in 2010 when the Global Council of Humanity’s Team presented a Oneness Declaration to United Nations Ambassador Anwarul Chowdhury. The petition was signed by more than 52,000 people from 168 countries. Ambassador Chowdhury encouraged Humanity's Team to organize the Global Oneness Day activities.
We did just that. The first Global Oneness Day took place on October 24, 2010 to coincide with United Nations Day. The event brought together 1000 people from around the world.
Since then, the annual event has grown each year in its scope and activities, with dozens of spiritual leaders, visionaries, scientists, and musicians sharing their wisdom and transformational teachings with the world. In 2021, more than 500,000 people participated in the Global Oneness Day summit.
Oneness means that we are each a part of one thing. Some call that one thing the Unified Field of Consciousness. Others call it the Divine, God or Life itself.
Oneness doesn’t mean we are the same. The best way to understand Oneness is to think of the human body. The arm and the leg are clearly not the same. But they are connected. Each is part of the whole, the body. Just as individual cells of the body have unique characteristics and functions, so too does each of us. All 8 billion people on the planet are like cells in the body called humanity, which is inseparable from All That Is.
“A human being is part of the whole called by us the universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” – Albert Einstein
Although we may have a conceptual understanding of Oneness, until we each have a direct experience of Oneness, it may not seem real to us. That’s one of the great dichotomies of spirituality. We think we need to experience it to believe it. The masters tell us we need to believe it to perceive it. Both are true.
“The greatest illusion in this world is the illusion of separation.” – Albert Einstein
A single moment of Oneness can change our perspective forever, giving us a palpable sense that we are part of something greater than ourselves. A single moment of Oneness reminds us that our nature is to be kind, compassionate, generous, and loving. When we act from a place of Oneness, we naturally give, share, and live the Golden Rule. The Golden Rule is the essence of Oneness. What we do to another person we are doing to another aspect of ourselves.
Raising awareness of humanity’s Oneness through events like the Global Oneness Summit is an important step toward creating a world of compassion, harmony, and peace. This is how we can change the tide of global events.
“The world needs healing desperately, like a bird with a broken wing. People know this, and millions have prayed. God heard us. He sent help. He sent you. To become a miracle worker means to take part in a spiritual underground that’s revitalizing the world, participating in a revolution of the world’s values at the deepest possible level.” – Marianne Williamson

“The awakening of others will not happen by chance, or as a nice-but-not-specifically-focused-on result, but as an intended effect of the personal evolution of all those who self-select to accept the invitation that has been extended here.” – Conversations with God, Book Four
