Priest: 'God Yearns' to See Humanity Express 'the Hidden Oneness'

USA Today and United Press International
WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2011 -- In prayer, chant, silence and sermons on compassion, love, justice and mercy, believers of many faiths lifted their words to the one God they all proclaimed on the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The Very Rev. Samuel Lloyd III, dean of the Washington National Cathedral, called the interwoven prayers and chants a symphony to "the hidden oneness within the human race." He said, "God yearns to see us like this."

Norway~Roses instead of Death Penalty

Roses instead of Death Penalty

It is once more that we are confronted with horrible news, the twin attack at Norway: A bomb raid at Oslo, and a cruel killing of young people at the Fjord island of Utoya. We are feeling stunned and speechless when we learn about these heinous acts committed by Anders Behring Breivik. Few people are in a position to understand his motives: defending his country against the Islam and Marxism and "saving" Europe....

Associated Press DURHAM, N.C. – When Chad Holtz lost his old belief in hell, he also lost his job.

Christian, Muslim unity in Cairo

CAIRO, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Egyptian Christians held a mass of unity in Cairo's Tahrir Square Sunday to show solidarity with the country's thousands of anti-government protesters.

Muslim prayers also resounded in the square "in what seemed a show of interfaith harmony" five weeks after a suicide bomber killed at least 21 people at the end of a New Year's Eve mass in Alexandria, The New York Times reported.

"We are all one," people began chanting in Tahrir Square after the outdoor Coptic Christian mass was completed.

Inner Work & Community Support Team Worldwide

Please scroll down to see calendar of our free monthly call schedule

The basis of our function and of life is Inner Work; the being. From this space of being we unfold to create and support communities. We don’t need to educate anyone. We lead by example, by our lives lived. We have declared that we want to awake the world to oneness in one generation; therefore we want to live in oneness with ourselves first, to then affect the world around us.

We are offering free monthly conference calls for teammates all over the world with our founder Neale Donald Walsh. These have a different theme every month, and the calls are interactive with a slot of time for Q&A. We feel that every human being is looking for connection and support. We seek assistance in our daily lives with our issues, challenges, and many of us want to be heard. In connecting, we will feel comfortable enough to expand on what we have experienced and reach out into our communities.

You will receive notices, well in advance of our Inner Journey Calls and our Evening Luminary calls (lead by Nancy Ash).

We have also created an interactive page on Facebook that we would love you to join and support. Here, we invite everyone to ask questions, to share what is going on in your life, what challenges you have, and what success stories you have. This is a support page. Please join us here -!/pages/Humanitys-Team-Inner-Work-Communities-Support/139194379466514
